Breakfast for Dr. Siegfried Hecker "North Korean Nukes: What, How, and Why?"

EPI hosted a breakfast gathering with Dr. Siegfried Hecker during his visit to Salt Lake City and presentation of a Frontiers of Science Lecture at the University of Utah.  His lecture titled, "North Korean Nukes:  What, How, and Why?" was followed by extended questions and discussion of North Korean and Russian nuclear capabilities.  Dr. Hecker is a Research Professor at Stanford University and former Director of the Los Alamos National Laboratory.
